Medical Claims Solutions, L.L.C. is a family owned and operated medical insurance billing company based out of Beaumont Texas. MCS has over 20 years of experience in medical billing and credentialing for health care providers.

Who we are
Cindy has a Bachelor’s degree (BAAS) and Paralegal Certification and has worked in the Medical field in insurance and collections for 40 years and the business owner of Medical Claims Solutions for 20 years. She loves her family and spending time with them, traveling, camping out in the RV, and reading. She enjoys working with street and prison ministry to better the lives of those who want bright futures.
Paula has been in the medical field for 17 years, including 15 years medical billing & coding with insurance collections, and 12 years insurance verification and office credentialing.
Brooke is an independent verification and billing clerk working for multiple agencies - she has been working in the medical field for over 10 years. She enjoys camping, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
Mary has over 15 years of experience working in the medical field including over 10 years working for MCS. Mary attended Lamar University where she obtained a Certificate in Medical Office Skills: course work included Medical Terminology 1 & 2, Medical Office Billing, Risk Management, ICD/CPT Coding, Effective Office Communication & Filing and Appealing Insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.

We take the enormous responsibility of handling protected health information (PHI) seriously. Any information that we receive is treated in the strictest confidence. We also ensure that our staff is trained and certified in HIPAA compliance.
To better safeguard the information we handle, MCS has chosen Microsoft’s Enterprise Office 365 cloud solution as our primary provider for email, storage, and forms. This HIPAA compliant service is backed by a business associate agreement between Microsoft and MCS.
